By downloading, installing, or using the Mentropic application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mentropic is a brain training application that offers cognitive exercises across categories including memory, focus, speed, problem-solving, and language. The App is available on iOS and Android.

3. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 3 years old or using the App with parental or guardian consent.
  • Will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

4. Account

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Mentropic may offer subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to the terms of those platforms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

6. Not Medical Advice

The App is for entertainment and personal development purposes. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified professional for any health-related concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, exercises, and software — are the property of Mentropic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Mentropic SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the service.
